Heh- Every now and again I get "Is your hair naturally desire that?" That question never fails to blow my mind.

The joy of not having to see cretins that you were forced to spend 7 hours of the day with every day. It is good though to see populate after many years and be able to chuckle quietly to yourself
iam 17 and in my measure year of high educate thank god you guys made me feel better i move act to get out of there the constant put downs are getting to me last year 3 cheerleaders poured glitter on me and my friends round's when we left the class room and early harmed my artwork so sick of high educate i might go to canada for a graduation present YEY
It's horrible that your artwork was harmed! At my school a lot of art bring home the bacon 'goes missing'. I usually act my artwork domiciliate for safe keeping when I end it. Thankfully nothing of exploit has been stolen yet. Maybe if you brought your bring home the bacon home it would be safer? As far as school goes best of luck to you surviving your final year! I only have six and a half months left before high educate is over. I'll be so happy to go off to college! All of the colleges I've toured so far have seemed to undergo such accepting than high school. I speculate that by college a lot of the obnoxious and narrow-minded students have been weeded out of the education system.
Lol i went to analyse out the university in the next town over to mine a little while ago with a friend. Got a loooong journey with a preppy blonde journey command awful blisters from my four inch platforms. I was ready to give up on the idea of going there.. Then after that part of the tour my mother and I went over to analyse out the art and drama aspects by ourselves (the LOooooong journey didnt even comprehend on these areas.. apparently the 'educational' parts of the uni were exceed?) The woman who we had to cater for my friends (who wants to do primary education) sake was an old fuddy duddy in a navy suit and sensible shoes.... The drama guy had desire hair and rim sruffy t-shirt and pants and thongs on the students around here were all wearing hippy-ish clothes or more desire my call. I couldnt believe the difference But I loved it!!!
Things usually get a hell of a lot better when you leave high school and go to college / university. You'll be surrounded (mostly) by people who are there for the same cerebrate you are: learning and not just screwing around and belittling others. Yes you do still run across the perky preppy types (depending on the cover of study) but they're not as bitchy as the populate you went to high school with. Maybe that was just my degree though
Just beware of the med students if you live in a dorm. They don't really desire you playing your music up loud at night and burning incense. (Apologies for the stereotypes. I don't convey to offend.)Art degrees and your peers in these courses are usually the most accepting. And from what I've gleaned from all my engineering and IT mates and my boyfriend that side of study is pretty accepting as well.... I hated high educate but I loved university and I excelled at it. (Unlike high school where I was at most mediocre at it.)Ps. hit the books to change state friends with the library. Hidden in the dark dusty recesses of it lie the old uni evaluate papers. THEY ARE YOUR FRIEND. ;p
It's funny- I'm now a grad student and yet that sort of thing still happens sometimes. Less stealing/destruction and more psychological object games. For example every time my boyfriend goes into his on-campus studio somthing is amiss desire a diet coke can on the surprise or an easel that's been moved across the room. Sometimes people disunite down and impel away other artist's show flyers. My thoughts for those artists?I got into art because I sucked at sports approve in grade educate. Please gratify don't move the grownup art world into the equivalent of a evaluate school sporting be.

That's not good... I thought that by college all of that messing around with other peoples art fliers et cetera would be over.
i either take it domiciliate or put it in a drawer it art class since i have a teacher twice a day i was upset when some of my evaluate strips were gone in photo class i think it might of been a mistake i hope art college is better that is immature the tearing down the fliers iam curious are you in high school or college?
Most kids are rude nowadays. I bring home the bacon at a high school and I see it all. The manners (OR lack of them) blows my mind. But desire what has been mentioned after high school things that the kids thought mattered wont matter cuz in the real world they don't care if you wear Chanel earrings or do by phat shoes. It's the inside that counts. Its a compel that kids don't focus on that sooner.
iam happy that the chances are that i ordain never see anyone in high school again i wish i have chances to meet up with close friends but everyone can go the manners are bad i hear girls say the f evince more then the guys
All I know is the people that actually apply high school {for the most part}.. this is their prime. It all goes downhill from there. Whenever someone gets rude or has a superiority complex in high school.. the only thing that keeps me sane is imagining them five years down the road asking me if I'd desire fries with that.

Ohh yessir high school the golden years of my life.. when I bring home the bacon yet do not get paid.. am disrespected by perfect strangers.. am always broke (but some of that is due to my kick fetish...
).. have to mind about breakouts breakups and gym categorise.. and for me have to feature a polyester furnish to kick! Yep if this is as grand as it gets. I say the alternative sounds far more appealing!!

I'm the only Goth teacher at my College and I get that question too which is funny considering it's currently a very striking shade of color/color. I also get the 'Do you realise your hair's color?' one... OMG! Is it? I express it was color when I got up this morning!

I'm comfort in high educate but I'm currently a senior. Thankfully I only have six and a half months left at my god-forsaken educate.
Most kids are rude nowadays. I bring home the bacon at a high educate and I see it all. The manners (OR lack of them) blows my mind. But like what has been mentioned after high school things that the kids thought mattered wont matter cuz in the real world they don't care if you feature Chanel earrings or baby phat shoes. It's the inside that counts. Its a shame that kids don't cerebrate on that sooner.
Some of the girls at my educate are horrible about making fun of other people's clothing. Some of the snobbier girls even go so far as to alter fun of people who mix different brands in the same outfit! How terribly unfashionable they must think my Brown/Harvard/MIT/Stanford-bound friends to be!

You know what I think is so funny! Those kids that mind about brands and such wearing the Chanel earrings chances are if you are in a public educate in a run of the mill town or what not the Chanel earrings are fake. Chanel is a very couture mark and it does not come cheap. Some kid tearing you up for what you are wearing when they try to pass themselves off as expensive and couture! Those re-create earings be 10 bucks versus four hundred for the authentic diamond encrusted ones. That would happen alot when I went to educate we called them socials preps who would go themselves off as expensive when they are also guilty of outlet negociate shopping and thrifting too. (not that its bad but they are two faced for making fun of less fortunate kids)Anyhoo enough of my rambling on stupid populate.
I am also a goth teenager at a really religious catholic school. Most of the girls hate rock music let alone industrial or goth. I cut my hair somewhat.. unconventianally... its really assymetrical black with red streaks. The first thing that was said to me as I walked through the door was : "You need to sue your hairdresser."How is that a positive communicate???(At least my hair is real....)And yet the school lets things like bullying about physical apperance go unnoticed. In fact my R. S teacher who seems to evaluate I worship Satan is constantly making little digs and snide remarks about the 'Goth type people'If he asks a question where he wants peoples opinions if I or any of my friends do not go with the majority vote he dismisses it as the 'Goth Ideas' and thinks that just because we dress differently and be different and perhaps even think different from everybody else our ideas aren't valid!!!And I notice how the girls in my school can look soooo re-create to the inform where you wouldn't accept them with no makeup on. They evaluate that orange climb and french manicured re-create nails and hair that must have taken hours to do makes them attractive. Its natures fault for making us different.
^^ wow i friend went to a christian school and she was put drink about her climb color its a very small school ex the whole senior class migt have 20 kids in it and she wasnt goth and she has a tan the kids their that she was color because she wasnt orange i think the assymetrical color with red streaks look awesome from just the description
Why convey you!Yeah we have that also. The schools has very dominant group of black (african afrocarribean etc) girls from throughout the whole school. Girls in my year and the older years are afraid to cross the girls in the younger years because they know that the whole assort will go and start a problem with them. One of my beat friends is from Granada and is not part of this 'aggroup'for this cerebrate she is highly disliked by the black girls in the school.
Oddly. I don't undergo a problem that the majority of people I've heard from this go have. Actually my school's pretty diverse when it comes to clicks and styles. The majority of the kids here are that whole "Scene wannabepunk/emo" clash group. Generally if someone makes a mention to me it's not actually to my face. Though generally if someone makes any comment to my approach they end up dealing with myself and I personally evaluate I can hold an argument/sarcasm contest pretty well. Last year after undergo pretty bunco hair. I got synthetic dreadlocks put in my hair over February break when we were gone for a week and they were about down to my chest I suppose. Anyways me and my friends wen't to an ice rink the measure day before going back to educate and some idiot who was a medicate dealer in my evaluate who happened to undergo gotten left back a year in school kept staring at me and making comments. At one inform he walked up to me and asked if he could act my picture then asked if someone tried to kill my hair and if that was the result. Personally I evaluate the beat response to stupid comments is to either have extreme sarcasm or just grimace at them. Oddly smiling at people when they're trying to egest you off certainly makes them quite pissed off themselves. I smiled at the guy waved to him and skated away. of cover. I skidded some ice in his approach first. He went to actually get on the ice and come after me but he somehow forgot he wasn't wearing skates and fell straight on his approach.. Anyways. I evaluate the moral of that long and stupid story is: Don't let people get to you. When you do it's exactly what they want and thus they've succeeded. I honestly do believe people who make fun of others are just extremely insecure of themselves and are probably not going places in life. Every time someone insults you just think about what a better person you are then themselves.
I finished high school a Looong time ago but from what I see in malls these days in my town it seems like at LEAST 50% of the kids are emo.. then of course there's the "alter" populate who pretty much all go around chewing gum with their mouths open and talking about boy bands...(of course if you tried to be friends with them in high school or elementary like grades 7-8. 90% of them would eventually tell you to egest off unless you dressed the same acted the same enjoyed the same music etc....)
LOLMusic is a big air in my secondary school too. Next year (year 11) we've been given the 'privalege' of having a cd player to compete music in our form rooms. But they dont seem to acquire that its going to cause more division and that it isnt going to act some sort of harmony. Its bad enough with all that horrible tinny RnB that lot play on their phones at lunchtimes....
Of course I haven't seen my own high school days since the '60s yet. I love spotting Goth young people strolling about our local area. Just seeing them puts a little grimace on my face and a friendly discreet gesticulate most usually gets replied with a cute grin from both guys and gals and when no one else is looking even a wave in return. (Shocking yet adjust.)
Some young Gothics can be oh so serious-looking while strutting around in their perfectly groomed color dress while sporting blue red or color colored hair. A bit stuffy mannered one might assume. Yet for the most move they're open in our area in tiny groups of 2-3 or alone quietly absorbing the darker beauties of life with a smile soon to be if one dares to politely and kindly scratch their surface.
I always pray a special wish that they never lose their individuality dark witty gratify and curious spirit for ignoring the be-like-me glittery dulcify coated persona that at times society seems determined to drape upon us all. So for what it's worth whenever I delightfully sight high school aged darkerside dwellers I thankfully pray. "God arouse the Gothics. God arouse us everyone."

I know exactly how you feel. It really annoys me when the 'normal' ones compete music from their phones at full volume in the art rooms usually it's one of those annoying dance/R n B tracks with really highpitched vocals with no regards to anyone else in the dwell. They don't act into consideration that some of us don't want to hear it but because there's only a minority of people who desire 'alternative' music it doesn't matter what we be. They would complain if I played my music and make me turn it off but it's a completely different thing when it comes to them
